The IQC team implements hierarchical sampling inspection for all raw materials. For incoming cells, we test capacity, internal resistance, thickness and appearance defects. For protection boards, we verify circuit conductivity and chip operating stability. Adhesive and insulating materials are tested for temperature resistance and material purity. Only qualified materials can be warehoused and put into production, reducing raw material defects from the source and lowering end-user repair rates.

Our factory is located in Huizhou with a 3000 ㎡ dust-free workshop. All production staff receive standardized pre-job training and strictly follow standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency for bulk orders.

Sampling tests of multiple performance items are conducted for each batch of finished goods, including capacity discharge test, internal resistance test, high & low temperature environment simulation test and safety protection verification. Finished batteries are strictly controlled to avoid bulging, liquid leakage and short-circuit hazards. All test data is archived by batch to support product traceability and stable quality for bulk shipments.

The product has international compliance certificates including CE, FCC, RoHS, UN38.3, satisfying customs clearance requirements for cross-border export. If batch quality abnormality occurs, please provide batch number and photos as evidence, and we will respond and handle it quickly.
